The sweet halloumi toast has the smashed avocado base with grilled halloumi, a semi-hard cheese that’s great for grilling and raw wildflower honey on top.

What makes it unique is it’s on brioche for a subtle hint of sweetness, with smashed avocado, a layer of ricotta cheese, slices of avocado on top and finished with emulsified lemon, tomatoes and edible flowers.
