Ensure images/testexport.tar.gz is copied to public/ for use by LAVA tests.

Update artifacts paths to explicitly include all files under public/.

testexport.tar.gz is now shared at https://linaro.gitlab.io/trustedsubstrate/gpit/testexport.tar.gz
