I'm a Scientific Workflows Developer in the Data Science Centre of the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Heidelberg, and a former ARISE fellow. I hold a PhD in bioinformatics and build reproducible, scalable data-analysis workflows and interactive tools to drive research and innovation. I lead development at depictio (interactive bioinformatics dashboards) and run a homelab-first setup (with local-first AI as the bonus) under theagentattic.
