This script does a brute-force check that all of the
crates in the workspace individually build,
with both `cargo check -p` and `cargo test -p --no-run`,
under multiple conditions:
- With the default features
- With either protobuf-codec or prost-codec
- With either test-engines-rocksdb or test-engines-panic
