How does this plugin not violate rule 3?

I've got this error on 2.3.0.
But I've tested the plugin on 3.1.1 and passed the plugin.

I guess gravyboat really means rule number 6? Are live sports enough to justify its existence? That could be said of other TV channel plugin requests that have been rejected in the past.

Interpreting rules 3 and 6 has always been a bit of a PITA and that's why I have always wanted confirmation from the maintainers before starting work on a new plugin.
