(Unofficial) Continuous Integration to create Discord AppImages from Discord's official Linux updater.
Download from:
| Stable | PTB | Canary |
|---|---|---|
| Releases | Releases | Releases |
or, use zap, the command line AppImage package manager:
zap install --github --from=srevinsaju/discord-appImage discord-appimage
Building
Builds require Linux x86_64, curl, file, jq, libfuse2, and tar. The build
downloads Discord's bootstrap package, materializes the selected release channel
with Discord's updater, and validates the complete AppDir before and after AppImage
packaging.
./build.sh stable
Use ptb or canary instead to build another channel. Each invocation requires
an empty build/ and dist/ path and writes the AppImage and zsync metadata to
dist/.
