Tightened lifecycle management:
 -WebViewClient no longer stores the full WebView struct (which carried navigator), and now stores only state + callbacks.
-webChromeClient now only uses SkipWebChromeClient when popup UI delegate support is enabled; otherwise it uses a plain Android WebChromeClient (no WebView capture).
