This PR updates this component to always have a default Resolver if none has been given explicitly. This is now consistent with the default Connector from the Socket component.

For the reference: I've filed #21 to keep track of the fact that this defaults to using Google' public DNS server by default. This should be addressed in a follow-up PR, similar to reactphp/socket#90
