I haven't implemented this for lazy lists, since it was still causing a stack overflow, and I couldn't figure out why.

Looks good to me, what's with the non-alphabetical import Data.NonEmpty as NE import though? 😄

(Not that it matters particularly - just wondered if it tool applied or something, in which case I have a suggestion for the tool 😉)

It must have been psc-ide since I didn't change the order on purpose 😄
