ocamlformat 0.26.2 only uses the modern Cmdliner API and builds
unchanged against cmdliner 2.1.1; the < 2.0 bound made it
uninstallable alongside js_of_ocaml 6.3.2+ox (cmdliner >= 2.0).

Built from the new 5.2.0minus-39 branch of oxcaml/odoc. Versioned
3.2.0+ox2 to satisfy the compiler's odoc < 3.2.0 conflict that
banned the stale 3.1.0+ox port. odoc-parser is relaxed to any
>= 3.1.0 since the fork builds against upstream 3.2.1. Guard
packages spliced into the patch-guards chain after ocamlformat-lib
and sedlex, mirroring the wiring removed in  99507ae .
