If you want to test it out yourself, start up the queues process, then log in to the dev AWS console and find the Lambda function fxa-sendgrid-event-proxy. From the test dropdown in the top-right, select SendgridCatFacts and press the test button:
Back in your terminal, you should see some success messages about successfully parsed notifications followed by some errors about outgoing queues not existing (we haven't created the outgoing queue in AWS yet).
