Use googlePanicImage to display a direct 'View' link, 'image resolution/dimensions' and 'size in byte/kb or mb" on hovered images at Google Image search.

Also additional options are provided to configure and show image sizes directly below or on the images of the search.

Usage as user script

I would recommend to use Firemonkey - see here as a userscript/css manager. To use the script, copy and paste the contents of "gpi.js" as a new user script to run at Google and enjoy° :)
