My AI policy

If a project doesn't have an AI_POLICY.md, this is my personal policy:

  • All AI assisted commits will have an Assisted-by: <Harness>:<model> trailer.
  • All AI generated text in descriptions, comments, etc. will be marked by :robot: _AI text below_ :robot: or otherwise clearly indicated (detail block, etc)
  • Mechanical changes that don't make a commit (like a rebase) might not have a marker since there's no place to put one.

I oversee all changes directly (I don't use unattended harnesses) and usually hand edit at least a little.
