Build HTML and PDF resumes from JOBL files.
Installation
cargo install --path .Usage
srg --input resume.jobl --out dist --template minimal
Options
-i, --input <FILE>- Input JOBL file (required)-o, --out <DIR>- Output directory (default: dist)-t, --template <NAME>- Template name (default: minimal)
Examples
Build from a JOBL file:
srg --input resume.jobl
Specify custom output directory:
srg --input resume.jobl --out public
Configuration
Place an srg.toml next to your JOBL file to set defaults without
passing CLI flags every time. All fields are optional; CLI flags
always override the config.
# srg.toml — sits next to resume.jobl theme = "jake" out = "public" # layout = "custom-layout.resume" # css = "extra.css"
Relative paths in srg.toml resolve against the directory the
config lives in, so the file is portable across working directories.
Precedence:
CLI flag > srg.toml > built-in default
Output
SRG generates:
index.html- Styled HTML resumeresume.pdf- PDF version (placeholder for now)
