• SEGGER J-Link: The tool now checks on every startup if a supported version of
  SEGGER J-Link is installed. The check takes place on all platforms. If a
  supported version is not installed, the tool offers to install it. Previously,
  SEGGER J-Link version would be checked and installed only on Windows during
  the tool installation.
