After commit b3d74bb19691 ("kbuild: raise the minimum supported version
of LLVM to 13.0.1") in -next, the build is broken for LLVM 11 and 12.
Drop these builds, as they are no longer supported.

The catalyst for commit b3d74bb19691 ("kbuild: raise the minimum
supported version of LLVM to 13.0.1") in -next was a change in the 6.8
merge window, meaning LLVM 11 builds are currently broken on mainline.
Drop them, as the minimum version will be merged into mainline within
the next cycle.
