A while back I was invited to speak on the Digital BC Livestream - an online event for digital government professionals organised by the state team in British Columbia, Canada.

A lot of this will be familiar to anyone who’s read The agile comms handbook, but not all of it - there’s a few bits of newer thinking, especially in the second half.
