Use this form to submit lightning talks or breakout sessions for Code4Lib BC 2025, October 16-17

at Emily Carr University of Art + Design

Lightning talks are 10-15 minute presentations. Breakout sessions are longer (1.5 to 3-hour) group discussions or workshops.

Closer to the date of the unconference, the organizing committee will slot the submitted talks and breakouts (with a speaker/facilitator listed) into the schedule. If you are only attending on a specific day or need any other accommodations, please let us know.

Room will be equipped with standard smart classroom equipment such as projector, microphone, etc. Ensure laptops support HDMI or bring slides on USB.
