The Outskirts

I love how the indoors visually appear so sterile, nearly unreal, when I come back from playing in the snow.

...And yet, this home never feels like home. I sit and watch Youtube videos about igloo construction. My throat is strangely dry, and my mind feels like it's insides are chafing against themselves. Snow can become all sorts of things.
