The New York State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and the Division for Historic Preservation (DHP) within the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) disclaim any express or implied warranties with regard to the information included in CRIS database. Although the information included in CRIS has been produced by and processed from sources presumed to be reliable, SHPO and DHP make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, legal use, reliability or usefulness of any such information.
