and the address for the location on Google Maps

The dates are the weekend before Reconnect, the 2025 Eastercon in Belfast, providing a fine opportunity to experience both conventions.
The hotel, within easy reach of London, has been the site for both a Rubicon and a plokta.con, and is thus no stranger to the needs of such an event.

Hotel booking is now open (Corflu 42 members only!), and reservations can be made either by email or phone.
The hotel has a range of bedrooms for convention members, starting at £70 per night for small doubles, which are to be used for single occupancy; £80 per night for standard doubles; executive doubles at £100 per night; and two-family rooms and two suites for either larger groups or a little more luxury. There are also some ground floor rooms available for members with mobility issues. See PR1 for full details.

Note that as of 17 February 2025 only a few rooms are left at the hotel.

Special Notice:
Immortality is Within Your Reach!

Well, if not immortality, at least we can preserve your golden words. FANAC.org will be scanning at Corflu 42, with hopes of getting as many additional fanzines digitized as possible. Let us scan your fanzines and please bring along other fanzines that you think we should have in our digital archive. You can see what we already have online at the Listing of Fanzines page.

For material you bring that is not your own, we will seek permissions from the editors before putting anything online. Thanks in advance for your help in saving fan history. If you can send a list in advance to [email protected], that would be very helpful.
