I was doing international business for about six years, but always been a tech fanboy. In 2020, I enrolled in Codegym and scored a Junior Dev job. At first, I was training part-time (2-4 hours per day), and since October – full-time. I finished CodeGym in December 2020 and created a Linkedin profile. In two hours I received the first messages from recruiters. In the middle of January 2021, I got a job as a junior dev in a major company.
The way the CodeGym course is organized, and the story behind it, totally makes sense for a beginner like me, and now I am able to write my own code, but also to understand any other code that is written. CodeGym is definitely the best investment I could have done in my learning pathway. I hope you enjoy this journey too!
Once I decided that Java was "The One," I started looking at various resources where I could learn the language properly. When I came across CodeGym in one of my searches I decided to give it a go. The website looked more professional than most other Java-related websites, and I liked the structure of the course. Eventually, CodeGym became my first work as a Java Developer.
