WC IPA 7%

• West Coast IPA using 100% Gambrinus IPA malt base, highlighting Audacia Hops w/ support from a parent hop, Strata. Blend of berry and citrus notes play well with a mild breadiness and enough bitterness to remind you you're drinking an IPA.

QUANTUM KöLSCH

Kölsch 5.3%

• Classic in the style of Cologne's signatures ale. Crisp, clean, refreshing.

STRANGE CURRANT THYMES

Catharina Sour 4.8%

• Something about Currant Thymes feels strange. A Catharina Sour Ale predominantly highlighting flavors of Black Currant, supported by Thyme and blackberry.

• A rich, chocolately coffee flavored stout with creamy mouthfeel and a dry finish
