Decluttering my life, goodbye tech
Time to reduce my tech devices once again. I've been decluttering my life and feeling good about it.
Last week I donated to a local charity a few old laptops for them to recycle. They also picked up some small appliances and books. Now it's time to say goodbye to more tech and continue to save money. I've gone back to my Pixel 7 with GrapheneOS and an old iPhone SE. The iPhone is more so for banking and specific apps so not to use Google services on the Pixel 7. That's what I'm thinking for now.
Lately, I've been offline and using my devices less. So the phones will be very basic and mostly used for calls or texts and the odd time I need banking or specific apps when I'm away from a computer. I really dislike moving phones, dealing with apps and settings. I have no interest in new tech, social networks and AI. Now that I'm less online, I could care even less.
I want to read more, get outside and change my routine. I want to journal more and hopefully get back into other hobbies. Winter weather is too long in Canada and being indoors will drive anyone batty. Hope the Spring and Summer are nice and long this year.
