こんにちはー。最近Twitterで何回かあなたの作品が流れてきていて、それで気になってプロフィールをタップしたら、なんか面白そうなリンクが記載されていたのでなんの警戒心も持ち合わせずにタップしたらここにたどり着きました。
まずはじめに、あなたの霊幻さんに対する熱量に対してとても驚きました。で、すごくカッコよくて奇抜なこのサイトを一望して、「…え！！？なんだこれ！！！自由すぎるーー！すごすぎ！」と二重に驚きました。同時に爆笑もしました。
実は、私は最近この作品を知ったばかりで、
インターネットでふよふよ漂っている霊幻師匠大好きクラブの皆さんに比べたら、私は全然熱量が足りないと思うんですね。もちろんそれでも私は彼のことが大好きで、（主さんが書いていたのと同じ通り）霊幻さんには派手にダンプカーとかで轢き殺されてギャギャギャ〜と死んで欲しいし、たまに血とかいっぱい出して欲しいとも思っています。それにしても、このサイトの愛（のはず）は尋常じゃない、頭おかしい、サイコだ！と感じました。これめちゃくちゃ褒めてます。
それと、普通にこの道で食ってるプロの人だろうなとも思いました。私は現在デザイン系の学校に通いながらサイトの作り方などを学んでいます。で、心の底からこのサイトを参考にしようと考えました。もしあなたが花屋とか銀行員とかで全然違う道の人だったら、私は京都で刀を買って自身の腹に突き刺します！※This is “seppuku,” a tradition that has been passed down through generations in Japan. Osore Ittaka!!

saw this in my dreams, googled it, and it was actually a real site (my friend showed me this)

one day, i woke up, and decided to check my phone. once i opened it, my friend sent me a url. i opened it hesitantly...mostly because i was terrified it was a scam site. i shrieked in fear. it looked exactly like that. then, i decided to calm down and look harder. of course it looked like a scam site. it was modelled after that little reigen arataka spirit site. it was terrifying. i was terrified.
anyways...#lovethesite. upon entering i slowly felt myself becoming fullfilled. reigen arataka...is someone. someone who i swear at in my native language out loud because i know he wont understand and think of it as a compliment. thats how egotistical he is. thanks for bringing the world just a touch more arataka hate.

hey man i just wanted to say that a few days ago i had a dream where my best friend and i were stuck in this yo mama zipped-up aluminum cylinder floating in space with Reigen and a tour group and then Reigen told us that he was filming his New Music Video and he needed our help with the camerawork. anyways yeah love the site

amazing dream. i hope you took video clips in the most unflattering angle possible. make sure the focal length is short enough so that it distorts his facial features & he becomes insecure from it.

but how do you achieve the effect in the "here comes the airplane" artwork? as in, was it through brushes or a filter on top? thank you whether or not you answer though, i really love your work and it truly inspires me

thank you for the kind words :'-D the effect is pretty simple ! i draw in pure b&w using regular halftone filters (it's an option in csp but i think you can find halftone brushes elsewhere), then i size down the drawing to make the halftone a bit blurry, and then i apply a binarization filter on it. it'll give the weird effect since the halftone shades aren't very clear anymore. i hope i explained it well !

you mean the anime screencap redraws? the backgrounds are edited from the original screenshot 99% of the time, but the rest is done by scratch :-)
i color pick from various screenshots of 80s to 90s & do color grading until it fits my taste. i suggest using a brush with line weight & a tiny bit of texture to emulate cel drawings. and i like to duplicate the lineart layer, make the bottom layer some shade of bright orange, and set it to "multiply". it gives the effect of a high quality frame, but it also looks good if you slightly blur it to make it look more like an old screenshot
to add this sort of "glow" effect on the entire screencap, just duplicate the entire image, blur it & reduce the opacity until you get something you like
oh & it's better if you stick to 4:3 proportions for older anime & 16:9 for newer ones. i usually use the sizes 1080px, 720px or 480px depending on what i feel like using
but yeah that's pretty much it. i just observe & mess with the colors & composition. but i still hope it helped! please let me know if you have more questions :-D
