200+ Attend State of Hiring & AI Meetup!

Our August meetup was one of the largest and most active we’ve ever hosted over the past decade.

Attendance was well over 200 and the vibe was positive and electric. Attendees were engaged and attentive as the topic was clearly one of great interest.

Taylor Desseyn of Randstad Digital powered by torc.dev delivered a very good 15-minute overview presentation looking at the current state of Hiring, and that was followed by a fantastic panel discussion featuring Anya Derbakova of AWS, Daikerra Sweat of Dell Technologies, and Bobby McNeil Jr. of Enact. Topics such as interviewing best practices, how to differentiate yourself in a crowded field, the future of programming jobs, candidate filtering using AI tooling, and many more were discussed at length.
