Ledger integrates Hyperliquid perps trading


Ledger has added access to Hyperliquid perpetual futures trading through an integration with Yield.xyz.

This allows users to trade perps directly from their hardware wallets while keeping assets in self-custody. Yield xyz acts as the interface layer, connecting Ledger users to Hyperliquid’s trading infrastructure without requiring funds to be moved to centralized platforms.

CME Group to launch cash-settled bitcoin volatility futures


CME Group is preparing to launch cash-settled bitcoin volatility futures. The product is designed to track and provide exposure to bitcoin volatility. It will be settled in cash, allowing institutional participants to hedge or trade volatility without holding the underlying asset.

SoFi expands stablecoin to Solana for payments use


SoFi is expanding its SoFiUSD stablecoin to the Solana network after initially launching it on Ethereum.

The stablecoin supports 24/7, near-instant settlement for banks and enterprise partners. Solana was selected due to lower transaction costs and higher throughput compared to other networks.

OpenTrade raises $17M to expand stablecoin yield infrastructure


OpenTrade has raised $17M in a round led by Mercury Fund and Notion Capital, bringing its total funding to over $30M.

The platform operates in onchain and real-world asset-backed lending, offering stablecoin yield products for fintechs, neobanks, and asset issuers. It has processed over $250M in transactions in 2025.
