Arbitrum DAO approves $70M release for Kelp DAO recovery

Arbitrum DAO has approved the release of approximately 30,766 ETH, worth around $70M, to support the DeFi United recovery effort following the Kelp DAO exploit.

The ETH had previously been frozen by the Arbitrum Security Council after the attacker moved funds to an Arbitrum One address. With the proposal approved, the assets will now be redirected toward covering protocol shortfalls tied to the exploit.
