Digital Euro is surveillance coin - PR mask, zero privacy, zero redemption

Digital Euro (i.e. CBDC) hiding it under words like “pilot” and “preparation phase.”

I’ll call it what it is:

surveillance coin.

ECB just accelerated the Digital Euro rollout:

- Pilot in 2027
- Full issue by 2029
- €1.3 billion budget
- No blockchain, no privacy, no redemption

It’s a control mechanism.
