Walk and Talk: Stories From Big Guy Grind
Lately, I’ve been sharing the raw details of my fitness journey over at Big Guy Grind, every meal, every step, every win, and every struggle. It’s been a way to hold myself accountable and prove that progress comes from stacking small daily choices.
But I don’t want this to just be about me. One of my favorite things about running I Know A Guy has always been the conversations, real stories from real people. That’s something I want to bring over here, too.
Here’s the idea: Walk and Talks.
As I get my steps in on the treadmill, I’ll be interviewing people who are also on their own journey to better themselves. It doesn’t matter if it’s fitness, mental health, discipline, or any other area of growth; what matters is that you’re putting in the work.
We’ll talk about your wins, your struggles, and the lessons you’ve learned along the way. Because the truth is, you never know who your story could help. Sharing your journey might be the spark that pushes someone else to keep going on theirs.
If you’d like to join me for a Walk and Talk or know someone who would, just shoot me an email at admin@ikag.me. This is a new idea, and I’ll be fleshing it out as I go, so bear with me in these early phases. But honestly, I think it’s best to jump in and do it messy. Progress beats perfection, and your story could be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
