If you are like me, you have probably wondered where did all of the globalist agenda concepts we’ve covered throughout this series come from? The climate control agenda, the carbon reduction initiatives, the fossil fuel elimination, the sustainable development framework that is restructuring land use, the energy policies, the new food systems, and the full governance system that covers the entire developed world. Where did it all come from?
You would think there would be massive studies, documented evidence accumulated across multiple countries and industries over years and possibly decades, showing documented proof that if we do not change our behavior civilization will collapse. You would expect that kind of framework to be built from overwhelming science that took years to assemble before anyone in power took it seriously enough to use it to restructure the global economy. And, if you think that, you would be wrong.
What there is instead is a small group of the world’s wealthiest individuals gathering in 1968 on David Rockefeller’s private estate in Bellagio, Italy. In this meeting they commissioned a computer model from a team of MIT researchers in 1972. The results of that single simulation were presented at a UN conference that same year and used the conclusions of that one commissioned study to build the entire ideological and institutional framework that became Agenda 21, the Kyoto Protocol, the Paris Agreement, the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, and every personal carbon allowance, food consumption limit, energy restriction, land use regulation and more that flows from them. The entire edifice of the global sustainability agenda traces back to one think tank, one computer model, and one network of elites with deep connections to the Rockefeller family and the institutions the Rockefellers built. But the organizations and their framework was in place many years before and we will take you through all of it. And the Club of Rome is a key part of this story.
Does it mean the information they produced is accurate or correct? Absolutely not. It does mean that those in powerful positions at any level across the board can and do subject others to their will, and when the people funding the research are the same people who benefit from the policy conclusions it produces, the research is not science. It is justification dressed up as science.
My hope in writing this series is to point out one singular thing. This is the battle of our lives. For our children, grandchildren, and every individual on this planet. It is literally the most evil crimes against humanity ever recorded and if we do not stop it soon, we may not have another chance. We must wake up and get involved. There is no time for passivity anymore.
But Before We Get to the Club of Rome, We Need to Go Back Further
Most people who have followed the globalist agenda believe the story starts with the Rockefellers or the Rothschilds or the CFR or the United Nations. It does not. The documented institutional architecture of world government began in a hotel in Paris in 1889, 79 years before the Club of Rome met on Rockefeller’s Italian estate. It was funded in part by Andrew Carnegie, the same Carnegie whose foundation later co-funded the Council on Foreign Relations alongside Rockefeller.
The Inter-Parliamentary Union was founded on June 30, 1889, at the Hotel Continental in Paris by British MP William Randal Cremer and French economist Frédéric Passy. The founding conference was attended by 55 French MPs, 28 British MPs, and delegates from Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Liberia, Spain, and the United States. Both founders won the Nobel Peace Prize. Passy in 1901 and Cremer in 1903. As you will see this network rewards its own. The British founding motto adopted for the group was Pro Patria per Orbis Concordium, for the country through world harmony. This phrase captures the entire deception of the globalist project in just six Latin words. It sounds like national sovereignty being preserved through international cooperation. What it actually means is that national interests are expected to be pursued by conforming to international consensus
The IPU’s founding documents are explicit. They advocate for the establishment of corresponding institutions at the intergovernmental level. These institutions are eventually what become the United Nations. The IPU helped establish the Permanent Court of Arbitration. Carnegie financed it in its early years. The organization moved its headquarters to Geneva in 1921, which is the same city where the Bank for International Settlements was established in 1930 and where the League of Nations, the UN’s direct predecessor, was headquartered. The network’s institutional geography is never coincidental.
The IPU today has 183 member parliaments and 15 associate members including the Arab and European Parliaments. It operates alongside the UN as the parliamentary dimension of the global governance architecture, providing the legislative layer that the UN’s executive and administrative bodies lack. Its current agenda includes climate action, the sustainable development goals, and digital governance, the same framework documented throughout this series. Keep these frameworks in mind as we move through the history of these organizations, because they become the foundation for everything that follows in this piece.
The world government architecture did not begin with Klaus Schwab or the WEF or the United Nations. It began in a Paris hotel room in 1889, funded by Carnegie, with a motto about achieving national purpose through world harmony. The Club of Rome’s 1968 meeting was not the origin of the globalist agenda. It was the latest evolution of something that was already established 79 years prior. And the Rhodes Round Table that Cecil Rhodes established in 1891, just two years after the IPU’s founding, was part of the same late 19th century convergence of elite institutional network-building that simultaneously was establishing the foundations for the world government architecture from multiple institutional directions at once. As I have said in many of my articles on this topic, these plans have been established and underway for longer than most people recognize. Even researchers. This goes very deep, and we will go all the way there.
