This won’t surprise you, but we recorded this conversation with Hanna before we left for Summer Sabbath. So I ended June and went into our few weeks of rest with this conversation rattling around in my mind.
It’s been an exhausting season and I felt like I crawled across the finish line to our weeks of rest versus just walking into it. And I didn’t have the strength of spirit (DRAMATIC! LOL) to think too hard about my spiritual rhythms and assess the whole thing. But as I listened to Hanna, I knew there was one thing I had bandwidth to do.
