How NOT to awaken...

For quite a while, many folks have been talking about the “someday disclosures” and that when certain things came to light, humanity would awaken. We’ve certainly had some disclosures (and I think more are to come) but it’s hard to tell if the wider masses are in an awakening process. [I’d LOVE to hear your input on this - what you are noticing or sensing - both inside of yourself and outside as well.]

It’s quite clear that we are in a collective dark night of the soul. But as I have shared, that does NOT mean that awakening will automagically be the collective result. To reap the harvest of the dark night journey, it must be entered with conscious awareness. With willingness to let go of the false self. With humility as you realize you cannot control the timeline, nor the outcome.

But yes, when met with conscious intention to explores the depths of your being, you bring out more light, more wisdom, more humor than you went in with. That’s legit.

But what if we have gotten this notion of awakening wrong? What if it really has little to do with Eureka moments, these flashes of knowing that lead to enlightenment? What if it’s a much slower process, more messy, much less satisfying in some ways?

Last week I shared about my prophetic vision. It most certainly foretold massive, irreversible, unmistakable change in my own life.

This week I posit that perhaps we can think differently about awakening, maybe even approach enlightenment in a very feminine, embodied way instead. Dunno - let me know what YOU think, would ya? (Hit reply.)

P.S. It really does feel like we’re at the crossroads more than ever. Perhaps this is the great awakening and it is so very quiet: this deep, ineffable, knawing sense that we truly are all one. All interconnected, all related. What hurts you, hurts me. What lifts me must then lift you. Sure, it’s not such an easy and obvious one-to-one relationship. We wouldn’t be in this maelstrom if it was.

But what if this is really happening? And the awakening is to love?
