Originally, I wasn’t sure if I would share this — but earlier this year I learned I had a cardiac issue that has put me on near-bedrest the last few months. Thankfully, I am recovering now. But any problem that is heart-related is one to take seriously, so it’s given me a lot of (necessary) perspective about health, and truly, how to not take things like walking or working out for granted anymore.
