Hi from Italy! I'm so happy to be here, and I can't wait to debrief with you once I'm home. In the meantime, a few pre-trip packing thoughts I wrote before I left.
I’m off to Europe in a few days, so naturally I’m starting to think about what I want to pack. I’m trying my best not to fall into the pre-trip panic-buy-a-new-wardrobe cycle, and let’s face it—all you really need to look fabulous on vacation is a good air-dry and radiant skin, right?
So instead, I'm stocking up on my go-to beauty products, and the timing couldn't be better because the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is live. My cart is full of the products I'll be relying on for healthy hair and skin while I'm away.
HAIR
I don't even want to hear the word blow-dryer when I'm in Europe. To me, it's all about the air-dry and there's truly nothing quite like the feeling of being fresh out of the shower, hair still damp on your way to apertivo.
In that sense, the hair piece is actually pretty simple—but it does rely on a really good shampoo and conditioner, which is why I almost always pack my own.
