Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of successful women. They’re smart, driven, ambitious, financially independent, and often incredibly accomplished.
They are also some of the women who struggle the most with dating.
Not because there’s anything wrong with them.
Not because men are intimidated by them.
But because they face a unique set of challenges that many dating coaches don’t talk about.
Let’s start with the obvious one: your dating pool is smaller.
If you’re looking for a man with a similar level of education, career success, income, ambition, and lifestyle, you’ve already narrowed the pool significantly. Add preferences around age, height, religion, location, or cultural background, and it gets even smaller.
The good news?
You only need one.
The challenge is understanding that the men you’re looking for often aren’t evaluating potential partners the same way you’re evaluating them.
Many successful women place a high value on a man’s education, career trajectory, intelligence, and earning potential. The highly successful men they want to date often care about different things.
