Before the year closes, I want to say a quiet thank you.
Thank you for reading, for showing up here with me, for capturing and sharing your own stories and photos and moments. Thank you for letting me drop into your inbox or feed each month with my thoughts, my experiments, my imperfect images, and all the bits of life I’m learning from.
This space has become one of my favourite parts of the year.
A place to think out loud.
A place to notice more.
A place to connect through the simple act of paying attention.
Whether you photographed daily, almost daily, or not at all — I’m glad you’re here.
I hope the year gave you moments worth remembering. I hope your camera (or phone) helped you see something you might’ve missed. And I hope there was at least one day where documenting your life felt grounding or joyful or simply yours.
I’ll be back in the new year with more thoughts, more stories, and — let’s be honest — more experiments and mistakes too.
Until then: rest, recharge, be gentle with yourself, and notice something beautiful today.
