Hey Indigoer,

I’ve been in the Hamptons since Wednesday and enjoying a slower pace. I’ve only been out here once before for a quick 36 hours, so it’s been really nice to get to explore more neighborhoods and get in some pool and beach time. The hydrangeas are popping, and the charm is endless.

I’ll be updating my Hamptons guide since I got in so many great meals and popped into a few really fantastic shops too. That’s coming soon to the blog so stay tuned!

We got in a few hours at the pool, and these are the essentials I always have on hand for a little sun protection, and a little fun.

All the SPF. These are a great buy at the NSALE, this is another favorite to reapply over makeup or in your hair and I love this lip SPF
Monopoly Deal is a must have for the pool. It’s a quick, card version game of Monopoly and it’s always a crowd pleaser.
Easy flip flops that are also supportive, loving these Archies. And these Crocs ones are on my radar.

This has been a week of easy go-to summer outfits. I’m an avid outfit repeater and pulled out some of my old favorites for this trip that I’ve been meaning to wear.

This Cala De La Cruz dress is a stunner. Their pieces are beautiful. I found one on The Real Real here, but I recommend browsing them when they go on sale on Anthro or Moda Operandi.
This Amazon under $40 mini dress (a DISSH inspired piece) is also a favorite to throw on and go in.
Wore this outfit again with this VRG.GRL sequined skirt for the birthday dinner we had planned.
These Freda Salvador fisherman sandals are so comfy, finally got to wear them a bunch.

I have a rental car for another day, so I’m taking advantage and going to stroll through a Costco. I’m restocking my Fairlife protein drinks, grabbing a rotisserie chicken (duh), and some Unreal Coconut Bars along with lots of fruit. We’ll see what else speaks to me while I’m there.

I finally finished The Villa by Rachel Hawkins and enjoyed it. And up next I’m reading Room by Emma Donaghue. I know this is an old book, but a friend recommended it recently. I’m also starting a rewatch of New Girl. It’s such a good show and I will always be such a Schmidt fan. Perfect for having on in the background.
