Recipe

Ingredients

  • 15ml Fijian Coconut Rum (we used Bati Coconut)
  • 30ml White Rum
  • 20ml Homemade passion fruit syrup or puree
  • 30ml Lime juice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shaker
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
