The Dewy Skin Cream, the one I reach for when my skin’s looking a bit flat and needs an instant lift. It plumps and hydrates on contact and leaves this proper glow behind rather than sitting on top looking greasy, with antioxidant protection built in so it’s doing more than one job. The moisturiser that makes bare skin look like skin with something on it and you only need a little bit.

An eye cream that actually earns its spot in the fridge. Caffeine, horse chestnut and ginseng root to depuff and brighten, shea butter and watermelon extract to keep the whole area properly hydrated rather than tight. It’s the one I pat on when I’ve had a rubbish night’s sleep (these days I count the good ones I get)

A concealer pencil with a proper fine tip, so you’re actually correcting the bit that needs it rather than covering half your face. Fine texture, waterproof, glides on and blends with a tap rather than dragging. It’s basically digital retouching in pencil form, which is exactly the kind of magic I’m here for. The best I’ve ever tried.

Smudge-proof, water-resistant, and builds from natural to fuller depending on how many coats you’re in the mood for, with a curved brush that actually hugs the lash line instead of clumping everything at the roots. The mascara that makes your eyes look done without looking done. The BEST out there.

A salt-free wave spray that gives you proper beachy texture without the drying-out that comes with the usual salt sprays. It builds volume and definition without ever going crunchy or sticky, and it smells genuinely gorgeous, a champagne and rose sort of scent rather than anything sickly. Spray on damp hair, scrunch, and let it do the rest and even after a night’s sleep my hair still looks the same.

A niacinamide serum that’s actually doing something rather than just sitting pretty in your routine. Ten per cent niacinamide alongside peptides and hyaluronic acid, so it’s refining pores and calming redness (it’s actually amazing at doing the redness bit) while still keeping the skin properly hydrated, not the usual trade-off. Silky rather than tacky, layers under everything else with no bother.

A liquid exfoliant with 2% BHA that quietly gets rid of everything sitting in your pores without any actual scrubbing involved. It’s the reason for that smoother, brighter, less congested look people rave about, gentle enough for regular use but properly effective on texture and blackheads. Sweep it on with cotton wool and let it get on with it.

A hydrating mask that does exactly what it says, rescues skin that’s tired, dull and dehydrated, whether that’s from an actual flight or just a bad week. Ceramides, niacinamide and a gentle chestnut extract exfoliation for that dewy, plumped-up look, rich enough to sleep in overnight or slick on for ten minutes before you walk out the door. Skin looks like it’s had eight hours even when it hasn’t.

The bag that makes packing your bathroom shelf for a trip genuinely painless. Useful and chic in equal measure.

A brow pencil with an ultra-fine tip that draws in strokes fine enough to actually pass as real hairs, rather than one thick line you have to blend out. It glides on without smudging or leaving patchy gaps, and there’s a built-in brush on the other end to groom everything back into place. The pencil that makes filled-in brows look like you were just born with good ones. The best I’ve tried hands down.

A fig candle that smells like the actual tree rather than just the fruit, green and slightly milky, fruit, leaves and bark all in one. Burns for up to fifty hours, poured into a glass jar you’ll want to keep and reuse once it’s done. The candle that makes a room smell like somewhere hot and quiet rather than a candle shop. Still my favourite scent for home.

A vitamin C serum that actually absorbs rather than sitting on top going tacky. A stable, potent form of vitamin C to fade dullness and pigmentation, with something in there to visibly minimise pores at the same time, so it’s doing more than the average brightening serum. Lightweight, easy to layer, with a fortifying effect on the skin barrier rather than just a quick glow.
Can anyone recommend a product for body pigmentation, I have a lot on my upper arms and wondering if anything would make a difference ?
