What I've Been Reading So Far

August is going better than July, but my reading still feels a little off. I decided to really lean into my mood reading and that resulted in reading three historical romance anthologies so far. I’ve really liked the short novellas all tied by theme. I’m just going with it and I’ve read six books so far, so I’m not messing with my mood reading right now.

My plan this year is to do a check-in in the middle of the month as a way of holding myself accountable for my reading goals. ⭐️ I won’t be posting reviews (I’ll save that for my monthly roundup as always), but I will give a few quick thoughts, focusing on how it fits with the goals.

I haven’t finished any authors so far this month.

I read the next book in the ROAR series.

I’ve read six books so far this month and I’m hoping to read more book of the months. But, it might end up being something else? Who knows what mood I’ll be in?
