The liver relies on specialized cells to filter out toxins, clean the blood, and process nutrients. The immune attack damaged the liver in two steps:

Systemic Distribution: While mRNA vaccines are designed to stay primarily in the local muscle tissue of the arm, the lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) carrying the mRNA can escape into the lymphatic system and bloodstream.
Off-Target Translation: Once floating systemically, these LNPs can be absorbed by endothelial cells (the cells lining the blood vessels) and somatic cells in major organs like the heart and liver. These cells then begin manufacturing the spike protein.
Immune Mimicry & Attack: Because the host cells are now displaying a foreign viral protein on their outer membranes, the body’s immune system deploys defensive cells to destroy them. This self-directed attack leads to localized tissue damage and acute inflammation.
Common Patterns Found Across the Research
When looking at this study alongside similar peer-reviewed autopsy reports, four clear patterns emerge:
Protein Build-up in Blood Vessels: The vaccine-derived spike protein frequently clusters inside the delicate lining of tiny blood vessels and capillaries. This localized accumulation can trigger irritation, inflammation, and raise the risk of clotting in that specific area.
A Misdirected Immune Attack: The tissue damage isn’t usually caused by the spike protein acting as a direct poison. Instead, when healthy cells absorb the vaccine material and display the spike protein on their surface, the body’s immune system (specifically T-cells) flags them as “infected” and attacks them, causing localized injury.
A Perfect Match with Heart Scans (MRI): What scientists see under the microscope in these autopsies matches exactly what doctors see on heart scans (Cardiac MRIs) in living patients suffering from vaccine reactions—specifically, clear signs of fluid swelling and localized tissue scarring.

My Two Cents: A Biologist’s Perspective
This study confirms exactly what I and several other scientists have predicted from the beginning: when these genetic components distribute systemically, virtually any cell in the body can end up manufacturing the spike protein. Once that happens, that healthy cell is instantly flagged as a foreign threat and becomes the target of a destructive immune attack. This mechanism correlates perfectly with the other recent study I broke down for you here.
This is clear evidence that vaccine-derived components can remain in tissues and circulation, which raises serious biological questions about the safety of the current blood and organ donation pool. Denying patients the right to bank their own blood (through autologous transfusion or cell salvage) or to receive directed donations from trusted family and friends strips away a fundamental right. It directly violates the core principle of bodily autonomy: my body, my choice.
