Before moving to the County, teaching yoga/movement/meditation was a huge part of my life and work. Then the Inn took over — in the best way — and building it together has been one of the most fulfilling things we’ve ever done.
But lately one thing has become very clear: none of this exists without the support of practice underneath it.

The spaces, the food, the way people feel when they stay here — it all comes from that same place. And it felt like the right moment to bring that part back into our offering.
So this winter we’re stepping back into it.
We’re launching Reset Retreats. Run by us.
Small in-house weekends for actual restoration — grounding practice, good conversation, deep rest, very good food, and a guided sauna ritual to properly warm you back up after winter.
Exactly the kind of experience we’ve always dreamed this place to hold.
Feels good to be doing this together.

🧘🏼♂️ Reset Retreats: First Two Weekends Now Open
Spring Equinox — March 20 Weekend
The seasonal turning point. This weekend is built around supporting transition — clearing winter out, setting intentions for the season ahead, and reconnecting to yourself in preparation for the momentum of Spring.
Beltane — April 17 Weekend
Where Equinox is preparation, Beltane is a harnessing. This is the weekend that welcomes the season properly back — more light, more social energy, fire ritual, and a slightly more celebratory rhythm.
If Equinox is the reset, Beltane is the re-entry.
Spots for both weekends are intentionally small and booking is now open. For more info check out our info via the site.
Two intentional weekends. Limited capacity. Designed to be small.

🍁 March in the County: Maple Season
March means maple season here.
Across Prince Edward County, sugar shacks open, maple menus appear, and farms welcome visitors for tastings and pancake breakfasts as part of Maple in the County. It’s one of those very PEC moments — cold air, woodsmoke, muddy boots, and the first real sign that winter is breaking.
If you’ve never experienced the County at this time of year, it’s one of our favourites.
