In this episode, I explore a pattern many people live inside without ever quite naming it: the experience of feeling too much and not enough at the same time.
This isn’t a mindset issue or a confidence problem. It’s something the body learns early, a way of managing presence in order to belong. I talk about how this double bind forms, how it shows up physically, and why it quietly shapes leadership, work, relationships, and creative expression.
Singing was the place where this pattern became impossible for me to ignore, because the body doesn’t negotiate with sound. What it revealed there turned out to be true everywhere else too.
