Clocking in at over 420 pages, Sea Dragon Apocalypse is, by a very small margin, my longest novel. More importantly, I believe it is also my best novel to date (best plot, best prose, best character arcs, best [or tied best] world building, etc.) AND I was very surprised at how it ended. Keep in mind, I plotted the ending about seven years ago and have kept that rigidly in place since then ...
Nevertheless, while writing the last few chapters, seven new characters showed up, a main character changed much of book 2 (also largely plotted), and another character helped to tie in my “all of my books happen within the same universe” by doing something entirely unexpected AND which will dramatically affect no less than three of my upcoming books, two of which are in the Assassin Hunter series. It will also change some of my “what to read next” recommendations for upcoming books. I’ll be revising those book outlines over the next while … but I’m excited to do so because the surprises were supremely cool. :^D
In short, that means:
You get to read the book (the heavily edited version, not the version available to newsletter subscribers) before anyone else.
You can read it for free. I have zero intention of ever offering this book for free again other than my Free Books for Life Program, which I may be discontinuing as well (excepting existing members).
You can make suggestions for changes that will likely change the final product.
You don’t have to correct commas or anything like that! All I really want is to tell me if (1) anything confused you (that means I should explain something better) or (2) anything bored you (that means I droned on too long) or (3) there is anything you didn’t particularly like or anything you especially loved.
I’ll also send you first peak at the “author’s cut” a.k.a. some “deleted chapters” that may turn into a side story or an “in between novels” story.
That’s it.
I’ll be running another, final edit while you are reading as well because my goal is to make this #1 bestseller in at least two paid Amazon category tiers.
All I ask in return is that, WHEN you determine that you like it (I’m confident you will), you write a brief review on Amazon and/or Goodreads — not a long one, not a complicated one, just one that tells other readers why you liked it.
