On July 29, 2026, Anthony Fauci sat before the United States Senate, under oath, under subpoena — and refused to answer a single question.

Not one.

More than 100 questions — about the pandemic, the funding, his own written words — and to every one of them, he invoked the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

Please read that again.

The most powerful public-health official in American history — the man who told us for four years that he was the science, that questioning him was questioning science itself, that the lab-leak theory was a “conspiracy” — would not answer one question about what he did. Because his own attorneys warned that the truth could put him in legal jeopardy.

You don’t take the Fifth over things you can explain.

So let’s set the stage…

Why now?

Because days before the hearing, Chairman Rand Paul released “Tony’s Diary” — Fauci’s own private records, in his own hand. And it tells a very different story than the one he sold the public for four years. (link below)

February 1, 2020 — the very beginning of it all. Fauci’s own notes admit “there was not total agreement” about where the virus came from. Roughly half the scientists on that now-infamous call thought the genetic structure looked constructed, not natural. The furin cleavage site raised real doubts.

2020.

He knew. From the start, he knew there were serious doubts. Then he spent the next four years telling you there weren’t.

That’s the whole game, right there — one man managing a narrative from the top.

But Fauci wasn’t working alone, and the public podium was only half the operation. The very same suppression was running inside the intelligence community — where the people paid to find the truth were being overruled by the people determined to bury it.

And there, the numbers don’t lie.

That’s how many of the CIA’s own technical experts assessed that COVID-19 came from a lab.

Six of seven. The scientists. The people trained to make the call.

Then CIA management — not one of them a subject matter expert — overruled them and rewrote the official line to a phrase the whistleblower says was built to kill further inquiry: “we may never precisely know the origin of SARS-CoV-2.”

And the change was made in the middle of the night. 1:53 a.m. The track changes don’t show whose hands did it.

The most consequential intelligence judgment of our lifetime was quietly rewritten in the dark, against the conclusions of the agency’s own experts.

This isn’t a theory. It’s sworn testimony.

On May 13, 2026: James E. Erdman III — a two-decade Senior Operations Officer at the CIA — sat before the Senate Homeland Security Committee and, under subpoena and under oath, described a years-long coverup inside the agency he still works for.

Not a retired official. Not an anonymous source. An active CIA officer, compelled by Congress, testifying in public.

Erdman was one of the earliest members of the Director’s Initiatives Group (DIG) — the transparency task force DNI Tulsi Gabbard created in April 2025 to finally declassify the truth on COVID’s origins. His portfolio was the origin of the pandemic. The man assigned to find the truth is telling you, under oath, that the CIA stopped him — and then came after him for trying.

Here’s what his testimony lays out…

Fauci wasn’t only managing the message in public — Erdman testified he reached into the intelligence process itself, pressuring the IC to consult a curated list of “experts,” including the authors of “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2,” many funded by Fauci’s own NIAID for 20+ years.

And that directly contradicts Fauci’s 2024 sworn testimony, when he claimed he had NOT briefed any intelligence agency and left the origin question “to the experts.” You can’t have it both ways.

It gets worse…

A DOE lab reported in 2020 that every condition for a lab leak existed at the Wuhan Institute of Virology — and it was quietly left out of the IC’s products. Analysts who got it right saw their careers stall. The managers who buried the finding got promoted.

Promoted.

And this didn’t start with COVID. In 2014, President Obama paused funding for the most dangerous gain-of-function research — the EXACT category at issue in Wuhan.

So what happened?

According to Erdman’s own testimony, Fauci’s inner circle REWROTE the definition of gain-of-function in 2015 to get the pause lifted — while NIH money flowed, through the EcoHealth Alliance, to the very lab now at the center of the origins question.

They didn’t stop the risky research. They redefined it until the rules no longer applied.

The coverup is only half the story. The other half is what they did to the people exposing it…

Erdman testified the CIA illegally monitored the phones and computers of DIG members, opened investigations into its own oversight body, and fired a whistleblower contractor one day after he met with them. When the DIG was shut down, the CIA clawed back 40 boxes of JFK files and MKULTRA records queued for declassification.

Still unreleased.

The establishment’s response told you everything you would ever need to know…

The CIA didn’t touch the substance — it couldn’t. Instead, before Erdman said a word, the agency called the hearing dishonest political theater masquerading as a congressional hearing. And not a single Democrat showed up to a hearing on the deadliest pandemic in a century.

Where are the people who called the lab-leak theory “misinformation” for four years — now that the agency’s own scientists, the FBI, and the DOE have all landed on a lab incident?

I’m not hearing a peep.

This isn’t left or right. It’s right or wrong. A government that LIES about the origin of a pandemic and then spies on the investigators has broken the most basic covenant of public trust.

Here’s why these two stories belong in one report…

The same government that buried where the virus came from was, at the same time, choosing not to see what its own vaccine was doing.

Two weeks before Erdman’s testimony, on April 29, Senator Ron Johnson — Chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations — released a 39-page interim report and roughly 600 pages of internal FDA and HHS records: “Unmasked: How Biden Health Officials Purposely Turned a Blind Eye Toward COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Signals.” (link below)

In early 2021 — at the height of the rollout — an FDA scientist named Dr. Ana Szarfman, who helped build the FDA’s own safety data-mining system, told senior officials there was a better way. A superior method that could adjust for “masking” — a known limitation that hid signals for adverse events.

She didn’t just suggest it. She ran it. And it detected far more statistically significant safety signals than the old system — one analysis alone flagged “49 examples of extreme masking,” including roughly 25 signals never previously surfaced.

What did senior FDA officials — including Dr. Peter Marks, who ran the agency’s vaccine division — do with that? They chose not to use it. They kept the older method with known limitations that prevented the FDA from detecting adverse events.

A safety signal isn’t a verdict — it’s a flashing light that says investigate this. The scandal isn’t a confirmed injury count. It’s that the people we trusted to watch the dashboard deliberately picked the instrument that kept the lights off.

Johnson’s report even alleges officials avoided creating a paper trail to prevent disclosure. As he put it: “we didn’t need a sophisticated algorithm to see the harm — the volume of adverse events was a signal screaming at all of us.”

✅ On the origin — the agency’s own experts said lab leak, and management overruled them in the dark.

✅ On the injuries — the agency’s own scientist built a better detector, and management refused to turn it on.

Black and white.

Now ask yourself why the people who spent four years calling all of this “misinformation” or a “conspiracy theory” (both propaganda terms) have suddenly gone quiet — or gone on the attack.

Because that’s the tell…

The ones who were fooled can’t admit it, so they project their frustration outward and lash out at those who weren’t — to protect their ego and avoid facing the fact that they were duped. And the ones in power who know they’ve been exposed, go on the attack to distract from the fact that they’ve been exposed.

Both, suffering from cognitive dissonance in its most severe form — the truth collides with everything they staked their credibility on, and rather than sit with and face that inner discomfort, they attack outward.

Attack. Attack. Attack.

The tell. Always. The ultimate sign of weakness.

The documents are on the table. The evidence is public. All that's left for those still in a long winter’s nap, is the honesty to look and the integrity to admit what you see. Not the intellectual laziness of crying “conspiracy theory” without reading a word or spending even 15 minutes with the data.
