What the NYT Does Not Report in New Jersey

They called the Genovese the “Ivy Leage of Organized Crime.” Don Vito himself stopped to buy gas regularly next to the post office, in Sea Bright, New Jersey back in the days when nobody knew anything. It took a lot of guts to run up and down that coastline. When they arrested Don Vito, they did not put him in the county jail. They took him to Fort Monmouth.

I know Cold War history bores most of you to death. And I am just guessing that Don Vito reached beyond his comprehension of the Anglo-American Command and Control System before he found himself in prison after decades of post prohibition operating.

I myself find all of this interesting, but a distraction from the real thieving going on during the Cold War, and beyond, up to and including Horizon, Meridian, and the NJ DOJ we pay to protect us from violence and corruption.

Yes, I would prefer to “stay in my lane” and stick to the history of Coastal Defense HR R&D, my admittedly narrow specialty. But the NYT has screwed all of us, as well as has the rest of MSM. So here I am.
