For years I’ve worked at the intersection of pensions, investment governance, climate change, biodiversity and contemplative practice. These fields are often treated as separate — one technical, one financial, two ecological, one spiritual. But in reality, they shape one another in profound ways.

We are living through a moment when the limits of our systems are becoming visible: ecological, financial, institutional, and psychological. The climate crisis is not only a scientific or economic challenge — it is a challenge of imagination, identity, and relationship.

This Substack is my attempt to explore that deeper terrain.

Here, I’ll be writing about:

• climate change and planetary solvency

• biodiversity and ecological restoration

• investment governance and fiduciary responsibility

• pension systems and intergenerational equity

• integrating AI in our lives while remaining grounded

• contemplative practice, our inner life and leadership

My goal is simple:
to connect the outer systems we build with the inner capacities we cultivate.
