Summer is the perfect time to soak up the sun, have fun, and feel grounded. For many of us, it’s a season of reconnecting with nature after a long winter and even a chilly spring.

As we reconnect with nature, it’s also a great time to reflect and look ahead to what we have in store for ourselves. I created 25 journal prompts you can use this season to embrace the spirit of summer and incorporate a little self-care into your routine.

Whenever you find the time, take a moment to relax and work through these prompts <3

  1. What did spring teach me?

  2. As I reach the middle of the year, what has served me, and what hasn’t?

  3. How am I feeling emotionally and mentally as summer begins?

  4. What does summer mean to me?

  5. Is my relationship with summer different now than it was when I was younger? If so, in what way?

  6. What is my favorite summer place, past and present?

  7. What is my favorite childhood summer memory?

  8. What does my inner child want to do this summer?

  9. What are 3 things I’m looking forward to this summer?

  10. What are my intentions for this summer?
