I mean … LOOK AT IT! The sunset! The hot air balloon! The look of absolute adoration on Tripp’s face. Sadie’s horror!! Guys when I asked my husband to “take a stab” at the cover, he sketched out a few options but as soon as I saw the hot air balloon, I said THAT’S THE ONE!
One of my favorite scenes involves a hot air balloon that’s black and red striped with the Take the Leap logo emblazoned on the side. He didn’t know that. All he knew was there was a hot air balloon somewhere in the book.
